Meet the Beth's Braces Team
Lisa - Front Desk
As one of the first smiling faces you'll see when you visit our office, Lisa is dedicated to creating a comfortable and stress-free environment for every patient. Lisa has been with the Beth’s Braces team since March 2020. With more than 15 years of experience in the dental field, starting out as a dental assistant then transitioning to dental administration, she loves building relationships with patients and assisting them throughout their dental journey whether its scheduling, billing, or insurance claims she has a meticulous attention to detail. Outside of the office, Lisa enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants and spending time with family, which helps bring a positive and empathetic approach to her work.
Nina - Front Desk
Nina is the newest member of our team. She is originally from Germany, where she used to teach English and Biology. She moved to the US in the beginning of 2024 and joined our team that summer. She works at the front desk but is also responsible for our Marketing and our Social Media presence. She loves working with people and enjoys connecting with our patients. In her free time she likes to spend time with her family, play frisbee with her dog, have game nights, go thrifting and do crafts. Nina is fluent in German as well as English and also speaks a little bit of French.
Regie - Orthodontic Assistant
Regie was a dentist in the Philippines before she became an orthodontic assistant and has been working with Dr. Beth for over 9 years! Regie takes pride in providing the highest quality of care for all her patients, with a gentle and caring attitude. She's fluent in Tagalog and English, and in her spare time, she loves going out to eat, traveling, and trying new foods.
Jessica - Back Office Assistant
Jessica has been with our our office for a quite a while now. She loves spending time with her family and friends. She is a big animal lover and has two dogs named Minnie and Tippy and enjoys taking them on walks. Jessica has really enjoyed meeting all of Dr. Beth's wonderful patients. She has always been obsessed with teeth ever since she got her braces off when she was in middle school. Her favorite thing about working in an orthodontic office is seeing the end results and how excited our patients are about their teeth.
Dr. Beth
Dr. Beth Yamashiro was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii. She graduated from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, CA with high honors and finished her orthodontic specialty training in Henderson, NV. After moving to Las Vegas, Dr. Beth fell in love with the city of Henderson and now calls Nevada home.
She enjoys getting to know the people she serves and likes to hear the stories behind all of the smiles she creates. Dr. Beth believes that braces can be a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone at any age with results that can last a lifetime. She loves being an orthodontist in Las Vegas, NV, and hopes to build strong and long-lasting relationships with all of her patients.
Outside of the practice, life is quite busy with two boys! When Dr. Beth finds spare time, she enjoys Pickleball, traveling, watching movies, swimming, and game nights with friends. She even enjoys a game or two on the computer.
